Mergers & Acquisitions Trianz buys Eximsoft Tech Our Bureau
Bangalore , Oct. 6 TRIANZ Consulting, a US-based business execution consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of Bangalore-based Eximsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd. The all cash acquisition would enable the firm to foray into new geographies such as Japan and give it offshore capability, Mr Sri Manchala, President and CEO, Trianz said here on Wednesday. Mr Manchala said the acquisition was a total buy-out, with Trianz having acquired the stake held both by the founder members and the venture firm. Pre-merger, ICICI Venture held a 25-per cent stake in Eximsoft. Post-merger, the new entity would be monikered Trianz India and have Mr P.Muralidhar as Managing Director. Mr P.N.Karanth, along with other senior members and employees of Eximsoft, would be part of the merged entity. The Indian firm recorded revenues of $2.5 million last year , Mr Karanth, Founder, Eximsoft told Business Line. According to Mr Karanth, details are being worked out for the formation of an advisory board for Trianz India.
