NEW DELHI: Ms Komal Anand, IAS, has taken over as Secretary, Ministry of Company Affairs.

A 1968 batch Haryana cadre officer, she succeeds Mr M.M.K. Sardana who retired on Thursday.

Before assuming office as Secretary MCA, Ms Anand was Director-General of the Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology.
