D-Link AGM okays dividend

BANGALORE: D-Link (India) Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the shareholders at the AGM held on September 22 have approved a final dividend of Re 0.80 per equity share on 3,00,04,850 equity shares of Rs.2 each and interim dividends paid during 2003-04 at Rs 1.20 per equity share and Re 0.80 per equity share, respectively.

The shareholders also ratified the reappointment of Mr Tony Tsao as Director as also the reappointment of auditors.
