Subex board panel meet

CHENNAI: Subex Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Allotment Committee of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on September 24 to consider the conversion of 3,16,775 Redeemable Optionally Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (ROCCPS) held by Toronto Dominion Bank to equity shares of the company at 1:1 ratio.
