CII meet on engg colleges in Bangalore

BANGALORE: The Confederation of Indian Industry - Institute of Quality, Bangalore in association with Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum is organising a two-day programme on `Building competitiveness in engineering colleges: The quality lever,' on September 30 and October 1, at the CII Institute of Quality.

The conference will cover topics such as competitiveness, levers of competitiveness, quality-fundamentals, need for TQM in education, how to plan for educational excellence, case study presentation on assessment process and the road ahead, etc.

This will be done through lectures, discussions, case studies and group exercises, according to a CII press release.
