Our Bureau

Chennai , Sept. 17

JK Pharmacem on Friday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it had suspended production at its Penicillin-G plant because depressed market conditions made it difficult to sustain operations.

The company's plant is located in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.

Dumping of Penicillin by Chinese entities contributed to the depressed market, said JK Pharmacem's notice to BSE.
