Balaji Tele gets nod for pref allotment

MUMBAI: Balaji Telefilms Ltd on Friday secured its shareholders approval for the preferential allotment it made to Asian Broadcasting Fz-LLC, an affiliate of Star Group Ltd.

Asian Broadcasting had acquired 25.1 per cent in Balaji Telefilms through a preferential allotment.

Asian Broadcasting is making an open offer to the shareholders of Balaji; the open offer commences today.
