Alliances & Joint Ventures Money & Banking - Hardware HMA Data ties up with UK co Our Bureau
CHENNAI: HMA Data Systems Pvt Ltd has announced the formation of its subsidiary, CashLink Global Systems, to address technology hardware requirements in retail banking. For this, it has tied up with the UK-based De La Rue Cash Systems to distribute the latter's products in India. The products include teller cash dispensers, self-service terminals, point of sale terminals and bill payment terminals. Mr Harish K. Murthi, Chairman, HMA Group, said, "We estimate revenues between Rs 10 crore and Rs 15 crore for the calendar year 2005." He added that the tie-up with De La Rue did not include equity investments by the foreign partner now.
