ESSEC Paris Business School, one of the oldest universities in the world currently focusing on management training in Europe, is considering alliances with the ICFAI University Press (IUP) in the areas of research and publication, according to the Associate Dean for International Affairs at ESSEC, Dr Dominique Xardel.

Interacting with newspersons here on Tuesday, Dr Xardel, who is on a study tour, said he was impressed with IUP's research and publication activities. He said he would submit a proposal before the ESSEC Paris Business School board on the issue of cooperation with IUP.

According to the IUP Dean, Prof N. Rajshekar, his Press, attached to the ICFAI University, was one of its kind in the country where an academic institution is publishing around 16 monthly professional magazines and 50 quarterly journals.
