HYDERABAD: Transgene Biotech Ltd has informed the stock exchanges on Friday that the Department of Horticulture of Andhra Pradesh Government has accepted the company's bid to acquire on lease the Agriculture Biotechnology Research Laboratory (ABRL), located at Gopannapalem in West Godavari District.
