TCS seeks members' nod for ESPS

MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services is seeking the consent of members by way of postal ballot for offer, issue and allotment of shares under an Employee Share Purchase Scheme.

The company has appointed Ms Shirin Bharucha, Legal Advisor, as the scrutiniser for conducting the postal ballot process, it said in a notice to the stock exchange.

The completed forms should reach scrutiniser on or before September 27, according to the notification.
