Security New tool from vFortress Our Bureau
BANGALORE: vFortress Network Security has announced the launch of SPAN, its application security product suite offering a seamless private application network. The vMoksha-incubated company is also seeking a second round of funding and expects to sign with the Kerala Venture Capital Fund for an unspecified amount in the next couple of weeks, said Mr Pawan Kumar, Chairman. The company, which is planning to tie up with channel partners for product sales and support, expects to sign on with about 15 partners in India and for worldwide reach, said Mr Subash Warrier, founder and CEO. Announcing the launch of vFortress SPAN, Mr Warrier said that the suite empowers customers to use their networked applications securely over the Internet without re-engineering.
