CHENNAI: Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd has informed the BSE of its intention to issue 20 lakh redeemable cumulative preference shares of Rs 100 each to SPIC, on private placement basis. The move is contemplated to convert part of SPIC's loans to the company into equity.
