AIMA to hold 2-day meet from Sept 30

THE National Management Convention, a flagship event of the All India Management Association (AIMA), will focus on the theme, `Transformation through the people and for the people'.
AIMA, which is organising the two-day convention on September 30 and October 1, expects over 1,000 participants from professional and academic field.
According to Mr R. Gopalakrishnan, President, AIMA and Executive Director, Tata Sons, India, produces about 80,000 management graduates each year.
This is larger than the number of graduates in Europe and almost equal to number of students produced by the US.
Mr Sunil Alagh, Senior Vice-President, AIMA, unveiled the new logo of AIMA on Thursday.
Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla group, will inaugurate the convention. Lord Friffths of Florestfach, Vice-Chairman, Goldman Sachs International, UK, will address the valedictory session.
