Aptech reverses decision

CHENNAI: The board of directors of Aptech Ltd considered and approved by circulation, the decision of not proceeding with the proposed preferential issue of 16.75 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each by the company to SSI Ltd, as approved by the shareholders at the last annual general meeting held on June 25. Aptech has informed this to the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
