Bonus Announcements Info-Tech - ESOPs Geometric Soft allots bonus stock options Our Bureau
Mumbai , Aug. 6 FOLLOWING the meeting of the compensation committee of the directors of Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd held here on Friday, 55,16,494 equity shares of Rs 10 each have been allotted as bonus stock options in the ratio of 1:1 to those option holders who held stock options as on August 3, 2004, the record date for issue of bonus shares. According to a company notification to the BSE, after the allotment of these bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to 1,10,32,988 shares of Rs 10 each.
