HYDERABAD: `HR Conclave 2004 - The Changing Face of Leadership -From Transactions to Transformation'", on August 11, organised by the CII will bring together speakers such as Mr M.V. Subbiah, Executive Chairman, EID Parry; Mr Ram Mynampati, President - Commercial & Healthcare Business, Satyam Computers; Mr K.N. Shenoy, Vice Chairman, Volvo India; Ms Kalpana Morparia, Deputy Managing Director, ICICI Bank; Mr A. Ramakrishna, Deputy Managing Director & Director (Operations), L & T; Mr R Balachandran, Chief Executive Officer - A P, Reliance Infocomm; Mr Harish Chandra Prasad, Managing Director, Lanco Kondapalli Power Pvt Ltd; and Mr R.S. Nanda, Director & Chief Operating Officer, Nagarjuna Group.
The conference will focus on influential drivers for leadership, percolation of transformational thinking to other levels, fostering leadership from within, enhancing leadership skills in the globally changing environment, and embracing and overwhelming change.
Participants include Managing Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Business leaders, HR heads, academicians and members from the intelligentsia, according to a CII release.
