New ICFAI schools in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The ICFAI University has announced the inauguration of two new schools for financial and marketing studies here on Monday.

According to the University Vice-Chancellor, Mr Subash Sarnikar, the schools were set up to promote quality education, training and consultancy in areas like finance, accounting, banking insurance, marketing, international marketing through one-year and two-year full-time campus-based programmes.

The school of financial studies offers MS programmes leading to chartered financial analyst (CFA), certified public accountant (CPA), certified bank manager (CBM) and certified risk and insurance manager (C-RIM) designation. In the case of school of marketing studies, the University offers MS programmes in marketing, international marketing, advertising and public relations, and marketing research, Mr Sarnikar said.
