Events Spiritual campus in Hyderabad Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, a spiritual value-based educational institution, will throw open its biggest campus in South India, `Shanti Sarovar', near Gachibowli on August 1. It will be inaugurated by the Joint Chief of Brahmakumaris and Chief of International Operations, London, Dadi Janakiji. According to Mr B.K. Mrutyunjaya, Executive Secretary and Vice-Chairperson of the Education Wing of Brahma Kumaris, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Home Minister, Mr K. Jana Reddy, and the Education Minister, Ms N. Rajyalaxmi, will attend the inaugural function which will be attended by over 25,000 people. The Shanti Sarovar, an institute of higher learning, is being built on about 34 acres near Balayogi Stadium at Gachibowli. It will have a training centre with six seminar halls, a residential block of 210 capacity, two meditation halls, generator room and water tank.
