Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software KPIT Cummins Info net up 114 pc in Q1 Our Bureau
New Delhi , July 20 IT consulting company KPIT Cummins Infosystems has reported a 114-per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 6.14 crore for the first quarter ended June 2004 against Rs 2.86 crore in corresponding period previous year. This includes the performance of Houston-based Panex Consulting, a $9.27-million SAP consulting Firm, which became a 100-per cent subsidiary of KPIT Cummins with effect from April 1, 2004. The company's consolidated revenues stood at Rs 60.86 crore ( Rs 25.47 crore) . . "The yearly consolidated revenues are expected to be in the range of Rs 230-235 crore, whereas consolidated net profit in the range of Rs 24-26 crore," it added.
