Natco Pharma plans foreign bonds issue

NATCO Pharma Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on July 23 to consider issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and also Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
