Servion bags orders from Tata co

CHENNAI: Servion Global Solutions Ltd, a provider of business response software solutions, on Wednesday announced that it had bagged an order from E2E SerWiz Solutions Pvt Ltd (SerWizSol) to design and implement solutions for the latter's contact centres at Hyderabad and Pune.

According to a communique from Servion, the solution consists of an interactive voice response system and a work force optimisation solution.

SerWizSol is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd and has been recently set up to focus on the contact centre and BPO business. Its two centres have a capacity of 2,200 seats.
