ReadyTestGo in pact with US co

CHENNAI: ReadyTestGo (RTG) has tied up with the US-based Gomez to target Internet monitoring services in the Asia Pacific region. RTG, a Chennai-based software testing firm, will offer Internet performance-monitoring services of Gomez to banking, financial services and insurance sectors in the region.

RTG will diagnose and analyse core Internet performance issues, including a breakdown in Internet connection and virus attacks, said Mr Sridhar Kulasekharan, Chief Operating Officer, ReadyTestGo.

Benefits for a bank from the service includes quicker identification of defects and identify the root cause of performance bottlenecks. RTG will also recommend to clients actions to be taken to rectify such defects, he told newspersons.

Business from the tie-up is likely to be around Rs 2.2 crore in the next 12 months, of which 60 per cent goes to Gomez and 40 per cent to RTG, he said.
