Healthworld Communications launches India operations

Mumbai , June 10

HEALTHWORLD Communications Group, world's third largest healthcare communications group, has announced the launch of its India operations.

The announcement was made by Mr Steven Girgenti, Founder Chairman & CEO, Healthworld Corporation, at a launch symposium on `Lifecycle management of ethical brands: Rx-DTC-OTC Way,' jointly organised by Healthworld and the Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI).

Commenting on Healthworld's foray into India, Mr Girgenti said, "Healthworld launching in India is very exciting for us. One of the crucial emerging markets of the world, India is also the second most populous country, with cultural diversities that represent unique challenges to any communications company. Healthworld will leverage its global expertise and reach to create successful and world-class brands in India."
