Sun certificate for ObjectFrontier

Our Bureau

CHENNAI: Sun Microsystems has awarded its SunTone certification to ObjectFrontier, a software tools developer. According to Mr M.B. Sam, Head, Strategic Alliance, Sun Microsystems India, the certificate is a stamp of quality and reliability of the software. The decision to give the certificate is taken by Sun and its technology partners, after a third-party audit of the claim.

Mr James Walter, CEO of ObjectFrontier, told newspersons that the company's strength lay in its product, FrontierSuite, which provided a `bridge' between the Java environment and that which existed before the arrival of Java. He added that the company plans to double its manpower strength to 220 in a year.
