Dark clouds are seen atop the South block of Vidhana Soudha under construction in Bangalore. Incessant rains that lashed Bangalore on Monday brought respite to the residents from the summer heat as the mercury level dipped by 9 degrees (from 34.6 degree celsius to 25.5 degree celsius). The city received 12mm rain on Monday.
