NetApp plans to expand reach

Hyderabad , April 29

NETWORK Appliances (NetApp), the $1.1-billion storage solutions provider, is eyeing a larger chunk of the Indian market and has drawn up plans to lay special thrust on financial services, telecom, oil and gas verticals. The company has a research and development centre in Bangalore, in which over 75 engineers work on storage related projects.

The Country Manager for Network Appliances in India, Mr. George Thomas, told Business Line that Network Appliances was set to establish a centre in Hyderabad.
