Advertising Success on the ground Our Bureau
New Delhi , April 16 IT'S not just advertisers on television who got a bang for their buck but in-stadia brands that caught the camera. Several of them were prominently visible on television. According to an analysis done by ad tracking agency Adex India for the five one-day international matches, Samsung was the most visible brand, followed by Pepsi, Sahara India, Hero Honda and Parle. "Since Samsung was the presenting sponsor, it was visible through ground paintings while Pepsi and Sahara were team sponsors for Pakistan and India, respectively and were hence, oft spotted," said Mr Atul Phadnis, Vice-President, TAM India. Interestingly, the most visible platforms have been perimeter boards, arm and chest T-shirt stickers, ground paintings and analysis charts.
