Foreign tourists arrival up 26 pc in Kerala

Tourists from Oman enjoying a panoramic view of the backwaters cruising in a houseboat in Kerala. The tourist arrivals in the State have increased during 2003 by 6.29 per cent to 61.66 lakh. Some 2.94 lakh foreign tourists visited the State registering an increase of 26.88 per cent.
