Punjab & Sind Bank performance audit panel

PUNJAB and Sind Bank (PSB) has set up an ad hoc committee on procedure and performance audit on public services with a view to improving customer service.

The committee would comprise three general managers, who would look into ways to simplify the procedures and practices to ensure that the customer do not face any difficulties while transacting with the bank.
