The Hindu Business Line : Infosys board to consider bonus, stock split

THE board of Infosys Technologies will meet on April 13 to consider the issue of bonus shares and stock split, the company said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The company will also announce its fourth quarter and annual results for the fiscal ending March 31, on April 13.

Following the announcement on Tuesday, Infosys shares on the BSE surged and touched an intra-day high of Rs 5,580 but closed down at Rs 5,312, a gain of close to three per cent.
