Madurai Medical College jubilee

MADURAI: The golden jubilee celebrations of the Madurai Medical College (MMC) have been planned to be held for three days from August 12.

The event will have alumni meetings, get-togethers, scientific sessions and a medical exhibition. About two hundred former students from abroad with their familieslikely to take part in the event. A special auditorium will be built to mark the golden jubilee.

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister has been requested to participate in the celebrations, said Dr K.Bose, Vice-President of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations Committee, here.
