Standards & Benchmarks Club Mahindra gets ISO 9001:2000 Our Bureau
Mumbai , March 17 CLUB Mahindra Holidays (CMH), the lifetime holiday company, has received the ISO 9001:2000 certification for its property at Lakeview Munnar, demonstrating its commitment to quality management. According to an official statement, Club Mahindra is one of the few lifetime holiday companies to be accorded this certification. Mr Rairikar of TUV India handed over the certification at the company's resort in Munnar to Mr Arun Nanda, Chairman, Mahindra Holidays and Resorts. The recognition certifies that Club Mahindra Holidays has adopted globally accepted standards for lifetime holiday companies. The ISO 9001: 2000 certification by TUV is an internationally recognised service quality standard applicable to all aspects of the service industry. The assessment of the same for Club Mahindra was done by RW TUV and is valid through to January 2007, the statement said. Mr Nandasaid, "At Club Mahindra, we have always strived to establish industry benchmarks for others to follow and having earned this certification, we are proud to be at the forefront of Lifetime Holiday Companies across the globe." "Gaining certification says a lot about Club Mahindra's dedication to improving business and quality services," said Mr Rairikar of TUV.
