DBS opens office in Hyderabad, Kolkata

DBS Office Business Centers is expanding its network in the country. It has opened offices in Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Ms Perveez Aggarwal, Managing Director, DBS Office Business Centres, said that the company has invested around Rs 6 crore in each of these centres. At the DBS centre in Kolkata, the ground floor has a locker room and showroom space, which is around 1,000 square feet, in addition to a pantry. The remaining four floors are 2,500 square feet each. Each floor has 12 suites and one conference hall.
In Hyderabad, the DBS centre has a built up area of nearly 14,000 square feet. The first floor has a lounge, 12 private offices and a conference room. The second floor has a lounge, nine private offices, a pantry and a conference hall. The third and fourth floors are of 3,500 square feet each.
Ms Aggarwal said that the past two years were extremely bad for the business centres as the economy was down. But this year, business has perked up and the company will make a profit of around Rs 2 crore on a turnover of Rs 8 crore.
