Sanwaria Agro board clears power sector foray

Mumbai , March 4

SANWARIA Agro Oils Ltd, one of largest soya oil refining companies in the country, informed the BSE on Thursday that the meeting of the board of directors approved the proposal for foray into power generation sector.

However, the board decided to postpone the decision of declaring interim dividend on equity and preference shares of the company to the next meeting of the board scheduled to be held on March 10.
