Chennai, Feb. 20 FROM helping customers do up their brand new flat to paying their electricity and telephone bills and even organising domestic help for them Bangalore-based real estate developers, Purvankara Group, has recently launched a loyalty programme called the Purva Priviliges Program, which promises to cater not only to all the essential requirements of a person when he buys a flat, but also offers a host of other value adds. Speaking to Business Line, Mr Girish Purvankara, Director, Purvankara Group, said, "As developers we help our customer with the usual services such as documentation and registration, but apart from that we wanted to add further value by helping him settle down in his flat." Mr Purvankara said that the loyalty programme, designed by NetCarrots Loyalty Services, would enable the customers to get discounts on a variety of things starting from geysers, fans, light fittings, paints, upholstery, furniture and so on. The company, said Mr Purvankara, has tied up with a gamut of suppliers in order to facilitate these services to its customers. "The loyalty programme members can avail discounts starting from 5 to 40 per cent on various items," he said. The loyalty programme also offers other value-added services such as getting medicines and grocery home-delivered, organising birthday parties, getting train and air tickets booked. Mr Purvankara also added that apart from the owners, the loyalty programme was also open to the residents who leased flats at any of the Purvankara properties. "If the owner leases his flat his privilege card would automatically move to the tenant."
