The Hindu Business Line : Amalgam frozen curries

KOCHI: Amalgam Foods and Beverages Ltd, which introduced several ready-to-cook products under the brand name Sumeru, is planning to launch more products in the domestic market.

The products to be launched in a couple of months include chicken pickles and a range of vegetable pickles, including mango. It also plans to launch a series of frozen products in the ready-to-heat and serve category.

Consumers can soon expect to see a whole range of gourmet restaurant quality ready-to-heat and serve frozen curries at competitive prices in the Sumeru retail display cabinets, Mr Cheriyan Xavier, General Manager, said.
