Opinion - Letters

Front page

February 17 is surely an unforgettable day, to borrow a line from the full front-page advertisement that Business Line carried that day.

Had this happened in a tabloid, I would not have given a second thought. But a prestigious newspaper showing such blatant disregard for its readers? Only a socially beneficial message has enough reason and justification to be carried on the front page.
