Anderson Printing installs hi-tech printing system

ANDERSON Printing House Pvt Ltd has entered country's elite printing club with its recent installation of computer-to-plate technology system from Heidelberg India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heidelberger AG of Germany.

According Mr N.K. Kajaria, Managing Director of Anderson Printing, it will enable Anderson produce high quality frequency modulated screening and provide greater range of tonal values with enhanced shadow and light detail. "The system will also save time as it would eliminate some intermediate processes in printing."

Anderson Printing is a domestic player in commercial printing. It has a design studio as also a fully digital colour management process, hi-tech image capture, manipulation and reproduction set up. Its products range from advertising/promotional materials, corporate brochures, annual reports, calendars, product labels to greetings cards.

The client list of Anderson includes 300 corporate houses. Reliance, HCL Technologies, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Rolta, TVS and IBM are among them.

Mr Kajaria said Anderson has just entered exports market. "The new technology will help Anderson in gaining a toe-hold in the overseas market," he added.
