Cholamandalam NCD issue

CHENNAI: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that it plans to issue short-term non-convertible debentures of up to Rs 200 crore on a private placement basis to mutual funds, institutions and banks. It has also proposed to augment its capital with a rights issue in the ratio of 1:2 amounting to Rs 70 crore.
