The Hindu Business Line : Datacraft, Interactive in pact

BANGALORE: Datacraft India Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Datacraft Asia, has signed a premier partner agreement with Interactive Intelligence Inc to offer the latter's software for IP telephony, contact centre automation, unified communications, and customer self-service.

According to a company news release, the one-year agreement enables Datacraft India to offer Interactive Intelligence's Customer Interaction software for contact centres and Enterprise Interaction software for enterprises throughout India and neighbouring SAARC countries. It also enables the company to provide implementation services.
