Escotel bill payment service

Our Bureau

KOCHI: Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd has launched an innovative bill payment service for its post-paid customers across the State.

The service would empower the post-paid customers to make their bill payments, probably for the first time in India, through the widely available pre-paid recharge coupons, Mr Sonjoy Mohanty, Chief Officer - Customer Acquisitions and Retentions said at a press conference here. For availing the service, he said, the customer simply needs to buy pre-paid recharge coupons of the relevant denomination from the retail outlets.
