Dena Bank CMD retires

MUMBAI: Dena Bank has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its CMD, Mr A.G. Joshi, retired on December 31, 2003 on attaining the age of superannuation.

Mr Joshi will cease to be director of the bank with effect from January 1, 2004.
