IT Training Info-Tech - Financial Performance SSI profit at Rs 11.27 cr Our Bureau
Chennai , Dec. 31 SSI Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 11.27 crore for the 15 months financial year-ended September 30, 2003. The company extended its fiscal year 2002-03 to 15 months to end on September 30, 2003. Total revenues for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2003 were Rs 165.56 crore, interest was Rs 15 crore, depreciation was Rs 39.71 crore and other income was Rs 14.8 crore. The company lost Rs 1.29 crore due to foreign exchange fluctuations. It may be recalled thateffective April 1, 2003, SSI's education business was sold to Aptech Ltd. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 34.32 crore on revenues of Rs 392.6 crore for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2003.
