Goldstone board meet on Dec 30

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Goldstone Technologies Ltd will meet on December 30 to consider allotment of equity or warrants as also ADR/GDR or other instruments.

The company board will also seek to increase the authorised share capital of the company, according to a notification sent to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The issue of allotment of equity warrants/ shares to the specified persons will be in the terms of the shareholders resolution dated September 30, 2003.
