Science Centre planned in Vijayawada

VIJAYAWADA: In an effort to create a scientific temper, the Andhra Pradesh Council for Science and Technology (APCST) with the support of the National Council for Science Museums (NCSM), Kolkata, will set up a Rs 1.70-crore Science Centre in this city, ahead of the Krishna Pushkaram next year.

The Agriculture Minister, Mr V. Sobhanadreswara Rao, said the NCSM would provide the exhibits for the Centre for which the APCST would create the facility.
