Our Bureau

Hyderabad , Dec. 5

THE Small Industries Development Organisation (SIDO) under the Union Ministry of Small Scale Industries has invited the small industrial units, registered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, to participate in the international trade fairs to be organised in Sudan and Switzerland.

The India Trade Promotion Organisation is organising the 21st International Fair of Khartoum in Sudan during January 15-25, 2004, and a trade fair at Basel in Switzerland during February 13-22, 2004.

The SIDO is taking part in both the trade fairs with an intention of strengthening bilateral trade and promoting Indian products and technologies. The fairs are expected to help in identifying the areas of investment in Sudan and Switzerland.

Participation in these trade fairs could get further details from Mr D. Chandrasekhar, Deputy Director (Chemical).
