New Delhi , Dec. 3

THE board of directors of SRF Ltd is to meet on December 9, to consider and approve a capital expenditure proposal for setting up facilities to manufacture nylon yarn at the company's factory at Malanpur.

The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the proposal involves an approximate cost of Rs 110 crore.

The board would also consider a proposal to sell/divest/restructure `SRF Infotel', which is currently a division of SRF. This would, however, be subject to shareholders' approval through postal ballot.
