Outsourcing Sutherland in pact with US co Our Bureau
CHENNAI: Sutherland Group Ltd that offers business process outsourcing services has entered into an alliance with the US-based ISANI Group, a management consultancy that advises clients on offshore initiatives. A statement from Sutherland said that ISANI would provide "strategic guidance to senior management of customers on conducting business offshore while consolidating domestic operations and re-engineering internal processes." It added that Sutherland would play a "key role in the transition" and aid in the customer management operation in the chosen location.
