Stock Markets Interim stay helps Transgene Biotek resume trading Our Bureau
Mumbai , Nov. 20 THE trading in stock of Transgene Biotek on BSE resumed today. This is following an interim stay granted by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. In a notice to its member, the BSE said it was in receipt of an order dated 17 November, passed by Mr Justice A. Gopal Reddy of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, in which interim stay had been granted. The Exchange had earlier informed its members that trading in the securities of Transgene Biotek would be suspended from 7 November, until such time pending complaints are resolved by the company. In today's trading the stock was up 2 per cent at Rs 79.10.
